What times is Studio Wayne McGregor Available to Hire?  

The Studio is open daily from 10am – 6pm. Depending on the scope and need of your project, we can be flexible in extending our hours to suit your time frames.

Is there parking on site? 

No. There is no direct parking on site. The nearest Car Park is the Queen Elizabeth Multi Storey, in the building adjacent to us on Lesney Avenue. Public parking can be found on the first floor. Do get in touch to discuss any group parking needs.

What types of Hire can you facilitate? 

If you have an idea we have a space for it. From dance and theatre rehearsals to film and photography, product launches, networking events, meeting and conferences we have a range of spaces to help make your vision a reality.

How many Studios do you have? 

We have three dance studios, two of the largest in London, featuring sprung floors, full range high quality sound systems, high-speed Wi-Fi, wired data connections and variable air heating and cooling. 

Alongside this we have a number of additional spaces for hire including The Gallery, The Obsidian Terrace and The Albers Room. 

How much does it cost to hire a studio? 

Hire prices vary depending on the nature and scope of your project. We offer competitive rates that put art and creation first. Please get in touch with us to discuss your project further.  

Do you provide catering? 

We are not able to offer in house catering, but can connect you with the vendors we work with, or are happy for you to provide your own catering. 

Studio Footwear Policy 

Please note we don’t allow the use of shoes in Studio 1 and 2 unless you are on a commercial project. Stilettos are not allowed in any of the Studios.  

Getting to Studio Wayne McGregor. 

Studio Wayne McGregor is located in the Broadcast Centre of the HereEast campus, with a number of transport options.  
 
It is a short walk from Hackney Wick overground station. A shuttle bus runs (Monday-Friday) from Stratford tube and Stratford international station. Bus route 388 stops at the HereEast campus and nearby roads include:  A106, A11, A12, A13, M11, M25 

Are the Studios Accessible? 

All of our spaces have step free access to them with lifts both to the studios and within our demise. There are accessible toilets on each floor. If you have any specific requirements please do get in touch to discuss.
 
Do you offer any equipment? 

At present we are a dry hire venue, but we are happy for you to bring in any equipment you might need. Our loading bay is open 7am – 7pm Mon-Fri, anytime outside of this can be arranged in advance. We can also connect you with approved third party vendors. Do get in touch to discuss your equipment needs.
